WHAT WE DO TO GROW
WITH GOD AND OTHERS
Since it was organized 28 years ago the Clinic (previously known as the Marathon Clinic) has been a support group for those wishing to lead a healthier lifestyle. Every Sunday morning at 7:00 a group of 12-25 meets to jog, run or walk for fitness. The program is twelve-week training for beginners, intermediate or advanced participants. Although it was originally designed to train participants for marathons, the clinic is designed to aid in maintaining and developing an exercise program for those wanting to lose weight, add exercise to their sedentary lifestyle or train to run a half or full marathon. The group meets weekly at Verdugo Park, 1621 Canada Blvd. in Glendale. Contact Irvin Henry to learn more
